Overseas resident anticipated reception of Chinese Consulate-general in Calcutta
To expand overseas market, close to the customers and provide more active service, DTC Customer Service Department has increased overseas service residents with the aim of building DTC’s service brand by focusing on customer’s needs and providing quick response.   
Before 70th anniversary of the National Day, resident customer service manager Wan Yi for India market, technician Zhou Yong and Yuan Chao of DTC Customer Service Department paid visit to JHAJJAR, ANPARA and TPCIL for technical communication and service products promotion. Upon their arrival back at Calcutta resident, they received invitation from Chinese Consulate-general in Calcutta as representatives of DEC to anticipate party for celebrating China’s 70th anniversary of the National Day. 
Introduction of DEC’s projects in India was shown at the party for DEC brand promotion, revealing DEC’s powerful capability in equipment manufacture and overseas service. When communicating with the consul general, he mentioned he has noticed that DEC has increased residents in India in recent years for more active implementation the policy of “the Belt and Road”, obviously DEC has played an exemplary role among Chinese enterprises by giving play to his advantages of equipment manufacture, and he wishes DEC a brighter prospect in Indian market. 
After the party, Wan Yi sighed that he felt concern from the motherland by participating such a solemn event, and understood development opportunities for enterprises and individuals because of the power of our motherland. He believes staff of DEC will remain true to the original aspiration and keep mission firmly in mind, and will make breakthrough in technical innovation, product innovation and service innovation to help the transformation and upgrading from made in China to created in China.
